What documentation do I need to rent a unit? Please have a government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. If you store anything that has a registration we will need info about it.
How do I rent a unit? Rent a unit right from this website or at the facility using our on-site kiosk or come to our main office at American Self Storage at 1401 N. Brazos St. just across from Sonic and next to Mcdonalds and will help you get fixed up.
How do I make a payment? Pay in person, over the phone, us mail or make a payment online on this website. To make it easy, sign up for autopay and your payments will be automatically deducted from a bank account or credit card.
What forms of payment are accepted? We accept cash, check, money order, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies? Yes. Purchase moving and packing supplies from our main office at American Self Storage. We offer boxes, wrapping paper, furniture covers, disc locks, and much more at a competitive price.
What are the security features? Our facility has many 24-hour HD surveillance cameras and is fully fenced, well-lit, clean, and gated with keypad access with your personal code for entry and exit.
How do I determine which unit size to rent? Use our storage size guide or call to speak with a storage expert.
What items am I not allowed to store? Tenants are not allowed to store any food of any kind whatsoever in any unit at our facilities. Please do not store any liquids, explosives, flammable liquids or containers, toxic materials, or any other organic materials or perishables. If you have questions regarding a specific item, give us a call.
